By downloading, installing, or using the AbsForge – 30 Day Abs Workout mobile application (package name com.absforge), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.
2. Fitness & Medical Disclaimer
AbsForge provides general physical exercise guidance, 30-day workout plans, and exercise timing tools for informational and fitness purposes only.
AbsForge is NOT a medical organization and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Before undertaking any core workout program, consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, cardiovascular issues, back pain, or joint injuries.
3. License & Intellectual Property
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, AbsForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your Android device.
All content, including 2D vector exercise animations, graphics, icons, UI designs, code, audio synthesis sound effects, and workout program structures, are owned by or licensed to AbsForge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Advertisements & Monetization
AbsForge is made available free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising via Google AdMob. Advertisements may be served as banners, interstitials, rewarded videos, or native feed cards.
You agree not to attempt to block, bypass, alter, or manipulate advertising units using unauthorized third-party tools or modified application binaries.
5. User Data & Local Storage
AbsForge stores your workout progress, achievements, and settings locally on your Android device using Android Room & DataStore. You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your local device data. AbsForge is not liable for data loss caused by clearing app storage, uninstalling the app, or device hardware failure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AbsForge, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the application, including physical injury, soreness, hardware failure, or data loss.
7. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
